Weapons & Enemies
I always remind myself:
The greatest weapon in mankind is Appreciation.
The worst enemy in mankind is Bias/Suspicions and Prejudice.
Motivation by appreciation and recognition is the greatest tool on earth. If you appreciate a staff or a friend with genuine heart, they will be moved and glad to do whatever you suggest. Even if you appreciate them with a false heart, they are still moved to some extent. Nothing can be better than appreciation in motivating anybody. I used it often in management. Empowering my staff so that they can perform best.
Being biased, suspicious and casting prejudice upon other person is worst thing in life. Each of us has a different brain even in identical twins. We can't predict or guess what others are thinking, or heading too. Don't be too smart. We are often hindered by suspicions then followed by prejudice in making decisions. Remember, we are living a life of our own, we do not live life because of others, or basing on others' reaction. Just do it. Just do what you think is right, or what you think is comfortable.
